Entree - Stuffed Portobello Mushroom with a Garlic~Tarragon Cream Sauce -OR- 'Candy Cane' Ravioli (beet and jicama slices stuffed with cashew cheese and topped with creamy pesto sauce and topped with julienne basil sun-dried tomatoes)

Side - Green Bean Casserole -OR- Heirloom Caprese Bites (Roma tomato slices topped with avocado slice, a dollop of cashew cheese, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil)

Also served with complimentary tossed salad and side cranberry~apple sauce.

Add a cup of Butternut Squash, Creamy Tomato Basil or Jalapeno Corn Chowder for an additional $5.00.
